Holiday help for caregivers

Caregivers are busy 365 days of the year. Add a holiday to that and their plate may feel not only as if it is overflowing, but too heavy to carry. To avoid this stress, a caregiver needs to plan ahead, ask for help, and make sure to take time to take care of themselves.

Here are some tips, tricks and thought for others on caregiving during the holidays.
