The privelege of aging

"Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many. " Unknown

Whenever I read this quote, I'm reminded of how lucky I am to be a part of the my parents aging process. As they have aged, we have slowly been shifting rolls over the years as I have become more involved and have become their caregiver.

I've been reading a lot about aging around the Internet. Here is a bit of what I've been finding
